On 16th oct 2019 , i tell this person that i want to buy server and i also any him that what is the price of server so he tell that ₹1200 , so after burgning he has been

ready to sell a server ( this is a type of website , with the help of this we will increase instagram likes , followers and many more service) , at only ₹600 so i pay ₹300 in first time and i tell him that i will pay left of ₹300 when you will me this service , so he agreed , then after i payed ₹300 ( screenshot below fig1 )
After sometime he send me a link ( server) when i opend this link it show error , again he send me a server this show also error mean , any one server that he send me it not working properly , suddenly he send me a link ony next day 17 oct 2019 , that link or server opend and in working also not order can't be done it shows pending , after i compain to this person he tell me that server in a updating progress so after sometime it will be work properly and after that he has forced me to may left of ₹300 so i payed ₹250 and tell him that after the server work properly then will send you left of your money so he agreed.
After 2 days , on 19 oct 2019 , i forced him that try do fast to fix issue of this server , but he can't , and he block me on whatsapp , and contact also . When i msg him he can't reply me . So i angre and tell him that 👉
